Trains are running...!

It's been a long time, but worth the wait! Many modules have been overhauled and tracks relayed where needed ensuring smooth running, even with very long trains.

Here's a glimpse of one of those long trains cruising around the layout on display at The Burnaby Railway (BCSME) over several weekends in August and September 2022.

OK, not the best title, but the video in this report does feature a lot of glasses (2,840, in fact)!

It's not N scale, but it's sure entertaining!

Vancouver Train Expo 2021

May

The news is not good folks! We were advised today that the show has been canceled for 2021.

Arrangements and deposits etc., would normally have to be finalized now, but because of the uncertainty and risks created by the pandemic, the organizers feel that there is no guarantee that the show would actually be able to take place in November so have reluctantly decided to cancel it for this year, and hope to resume the event in 2022.
